Todd Gibson is a Solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial team. Having gained several years’ experience working as a paralegal at a national commercial law firm, Todd has joined the Primas team to further his career and in particular his experience of corporate transactional work. Todd gained his undergraduate degree from Sheffield Hallam and then went on to complete his dual LPC and Masters in Business Law and Management at the University of Law in Manchester.  He is experienced in supporting on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, joint ventures and more. Outside of work, Todd can usually be found on the golf course or out socialising with friends in Manchester.
