Tim specialises in development, acting for developers delivering residential housing and mixed-use schemes. Tim has considerable experience in complex development site acquisitions & disposals.

His expertise in this area also extends to advising on planning agreements, exclusivity agreements, collaboration agreements, overage agreements, licences and site set-up. In addition to development work Tim also acts in wider commercial real estate matters such as general commercial property acquisitions & disposals, commercial lease transactions, property finance and corporate support.

Tim prides himself on taking a practical and commercial approach, backed-up by sound technical advice.

Outside of work he likes to travel and is also a huge sports fan, but he admits his confidence in playing sports far outweighs his ability.
