Stuart is a Partner within our Insolvency and Restructuring team, based in Manchester. 

Stuart has more than 14 years of experience under his belt and can advise across the full spectrum of insolvency-related matters, including turnaround strategies, property-related issues, and the complex field of handling insolvency and recovering assets. 

Throughout his career, Stuart has expertly dealt with various insolvency challenges across a broad range of sectors, consistently delivering positive results for insolvency practitioners, lenders and clients experiencing financial difficulties. His work focuses on helping clients to navigate the necessary procedures that will help them to restructure to avoid insolvency and where that isn’t possible, working alongside insolvency practitioners to get the best value when selling insolvent businesses and property. 

In his free time, Stuart enjoys spending quality time with his little boy alongside regular trips to the golf course.
