Steve is a partner at Primas, working within the Corporate team.

An experienced corporate lawyer, Steve has worked in national, regional and boutique commercial firms. Steve’s practice includes transactional matters such as acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and MBIs and general corporate work and strategic advice, focussing on owner-managed SME’s. Although he works with clients across a wide range of sectors, he specialises in advising family businesses and independent insurance brokers.

In his free time, he enjoys bushcraft, rugby, archaeology and photography.
