Steve is a partner at Primas, working within the Corporate team.

With over 20 years of experience, Steve has worked in-house and for national, regional and boutique commercial law firms. Steve’s practice includes transactional matters such as acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and MBIs and general corporate work and strategic advice including succession planning and shareholders’ agreements for SME’s and family businesses.

In his free time, he enjoys bushcraft, rugby, archaeology and photography.
