Rozeena is a Solicitor in our Real Estate team, specialising in commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, corporate support and refinance transactions.

Qualifying in 2021, Rozeena has developed a strong grounding in commercial property over the last few years, working across a wide range of transactions and supporting clients through each stage of the property lifecycle. She is known for her organised, proactive approach and for delivering clear, practical advice that helps keep deals progressing smoothly.

Rozeena advises a broad client base and is experienced in supporting complex transactions where collaboration with corporate and finance teams is key. Her work spans acquisitions and disposals, ongoing asset management matters and refinance projects, giving her a well-rounded commercial perspective.

Rozeena holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Sheffield.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, hiking, cooking, exploring new food spots and has a keen interest in interior design.
