Millie is a Solicitor within our Employment team, based in Manchester.

She began her legal career as a paralegal in 2022 before completing her training contract and qualifying as a solicitor in 2026. Having gained experience across different areas of law throughout her early career, she brings a strong foundation and a practical approach to her role within the Employment team.

Millie studied Law at the University of Lincoln, which included a year abroad at Radboud University in the Netherlands. She later completed the LPC with an LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Manchester.

Before joining Primas, Millie completed her training contract at Beyond Corporate, where she developed her experience working within a busy commercial law firm.

Outside of work, Millie is a Manchester City season ticket holder and enjoys keeping active by playing five-a-side football and padel.
