With over 25 years’ experience, Melanie specialises in tenancy disputes, tackling anti-social behaviour, recovery of rent arrears and the defence of housing disrepair claims. She also has expertise in leasehold disputes such as service charge arrears and major work consultations. A recognised expert in Welsh housing law, she regularly advises on matters under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 and is known for navigating tricky regulatory frameworks with clarity and confidence.

Melanie is particularly experienced in complex and sensitive cases involving hoarding, property damage and issues of mental capacity, where a firm but practical approach is essential.
