Lauren Steel-Smith joined Primas Law in 2017, qualifying in 2019 and becoming a Senior Associate in 2025. She specialises in heavyweight litigation, handling injunctive proceedings involving fraud, misuse of confidential information, and breaches of restrictive covenants.

Lauren also has significant experience in shareholder and commercial disputes in the High Court. A finalist for the 2024 Insider Media Young Lawyer of the Year award, she’s known for her commercial approach, always focusing on achieving her clients’ goals and providing practical solutions which allow clients to get back to business.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys sports, cooking, and hiking with her Sprocker Spaniel, Charlie.
