Lauren is a Solicitor in our Corporate team, based in our Liverpool office.

With 20 years’ professional experience, including almost six years in private practice and two years working in-house with a large UK franchised business, Lauren brings a broad commercial perspective to her role as a corporate solicitor.

Before moving into the legal profession, Lauren gained extensive experience in client-facing roles, with a particular focus on management and sales. This background has helped shape her practical, commercially focused approach and her understanding of the wider pressures and priorities businesses face.

Lauren advises on a range of corporate matters, including tax-driven reorganisations, complex capital reduction demergers, share and asset sales and acquisitions, share incentive schemes, private equity investments and general corporate governance.

Before joining Primas, Lauren worked as a Corporate Solicitor at HM3 Legal. She holds an LLB, LLM and LPC.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys travelling, reading, good food and drink, and getting out for a forest walk with friends.
