Jonathan works in our Corporate and Commercial team who are based in our Manchester offices. He is experienced in supporting on mergers and acquisitions as well as having a background of dealing with inter-company arrangements.

Having completed his Law Degree at Manchester Metropolitan University, Jonathan completed his training at Lockett Loveday McMahon Solicitors in Manchester. He joins Primas from Irwin Mitchell where he was Corporate Solicitor.

Outside work, Jonathan can be found out running and walking with his dog or supporting his local rugby team, Sale Sharks.
