John is a Senior Associate within our Corporate and Commercial team, based in our Manchester offices.

John has been a corporate lawyer since 2014 and advises on the full range of company law issues, including share sales and acquisitions, asset sales and acquisitions, shareholder and joint venture agreements, group reorganisations and general company law compliance requirements.

He specialises in working with SMEs and owner-managed businesses, and prides himself on bringing a pragmatic and empathetic approach to guiding his clients through each and every transaction.

In his free time, John enjoys days out with his family, running, martial arts and reading.
