With over 15 years of experience in corporate law, Jennifer is renowned for her skill in handling everything from domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions to intricate corporate reorganisations, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.

Having spent much of her career in Liverpool, with an exciting four-year stint in Dubai honing her skills in international corporate transactions and foreign direct investments, Jennifer’s reputation and insights are a perfect fit for Primas.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys focusing on her fitness, taking part in weightlifting competitions and taking her children to football.
