With a career spanning Commercial and Real Estate Litigation at a leading global law firm, followed by senior roles as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Legal in a range of industries including property development, construction, L&D and tech and digital, Jennifer offers a unique perspective and versatile skill set and appreciation of what it is like to ‘be the client’.

Jennifer’s experience includes leading teams and managing stakeholders, optimising internal systems, and driving efficiency whilst managing risk. Her experience across start-ups, SMEs, and global corporations has honed her ability to adapt and deliver results in diverse environments.

At Primas Law, Jennifer leverages her strategic insight, project management expertise and dedication to client care to build strong, lasting relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes.

A Certified Trauma-Informed Master Coach, Jennifer is deeply committed to personal development and mental wellbeing. Her work at a leading health and wellness retreat in Thailand has further enriched her approach to leadership, fostering compassionate and effective collaboration.

In her spare time, Jennifer has a passion for all things travel and wellness. She also supports Liverpool based recovery services, Break Free CIC, with their Level 2 Program Beyond Breaking Free – a 12 week self development program for people who have broken free from addiction and their friends and family who require support.
