Gary was a founder of Freeman Fisher before it merged with Primas. Gary now heads up the Corporate and Commercial team at Primas.

Having worked in both private practice and in house, he covers a wide range of corporate activity from transactional based work such as acquisitions, disposals, MBO/MBIs to general commercial contracts.

He has worked closely with his clients throughout his career, helping them shape their strategy and implement their objectives.

His hands on and commercial approach has seen him conclude many successful deals leading his team on the front foot with dedication and enthusiasm.
