Danielle advises on all aspects of the employment relationship. Named a Leading Lawyer over the last few years in the Legal 500, she has a loyal employer client base who rely on her for day-to-day HR support purposes, ranging from recruitment, contractual issues and policy drafting, and advice throughout the working relationships on grievances and disciplinaries, and on termination of employment such as breach of restrictive covenants.

She has also carved out a niche for both individuals and businesses needing assistance with pregnancy and maternity-related issues, as well as wider parental rights. She is one of the go-to solicitors in this area within the UK, working closely with a number of specialist partners and organisations. This has led to Danielle being involved in some big cases, securing apologies and large settlement sums for her clients, as well as successfully defending claims.

As a Mum of boys, Danielle spends most of her spare time on the sidelines of various football matches for her two young sons, and still plays netball herself.
