Catherine is a senior associate in our corporate team, based in Liverpool.

She advises across the full range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations and joint ventures as well as shareholder agreements, corporate governance and constitutional documentation.

Catherine joins the firm from Bermans and has more than a decade of experience after gaining her law degree at the University of Liverpool.

In her free time, Catherine enjoys spending time with her loved ones and watching K-dramas and C-dramas (when time permits!) – she’s also fluent in Cantonese!
