Beth Wheatley

Associate - Litigation

Beth obtained her law degree at the University of Sheffield before achieving a distinction in her LPC+ at the College of Law, Chester.

After completing her training contract at a Legal 500 firm, Beth joined the Primas dispute resolution team in early 2015 and was promoted to Associate in 2017.  She deals with a wide range of commercial disputes including complex breach of contract and negligence claims, and shareholder disputes.

She’s been described as a “brilliant listener and a confident, sensible guide”, while clients also note her “proactive, responsive and clear thinking” approach.

Beth also has very particular expertise in relation to commercial property litigation matters including security of tenure issues, repossession and all nature of landlord and tenant disputes.

Beth also sits as a director on the board for the Tim Parry Jonathan Ball Peace Centre in Warrington.
