Anton is Partner within our Corporate and Commercial team, based in our Liverpool office.

With over 20 years’ experience, Anton specialises in all forms of corporate transactional work. His client base includes businesses across the North West of England, as well as nationally.

Anton’s day to day activity includes the sale and purchase of shares and business sales and purchases. These can include MBO/MBI type transactions, investment documentation and company re-organisations, share schemes, capital reduction and demerger exercises, amongst others.

Outside of transactional work, Anton advises on and drafts shareholders’ agreements and other constitutional documentation. He is also a trusted adviser to boards of directors, seeking to deliver straightforward commercial solutions to complex legal matters.

Away from the office, Anton is married with three children and enjoys playing golf and watching LFC, when time permits.
