Alena is part of our Corporate and Commercial team based across our Cheshire, Manchester and Liverpool offices.

Alena is a multifaceted commercial lawyer with a particular focus on supply and purchase of goods and services, IT, IP licensing, consumer law and data protection.

She started her career in-house at a chemical manufacturer where she gained valuable commercial experience and understanding of the demands placed on a global listed business. At Primas Law, Alena supports the commercial needs of a large variety of clients from small startups to established businesses and iconic global brands, with industries ranging from IT and service providers to retailers and manufacturing.

Alena has been recognised by clients for her efficiency and client support.

Outside of work Alena has an active lifestyle with quiet times spent reading or socialising.
