Primas Law makes second senior hire to further bolster firm’s Liverpool office

We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Liverpool-based Catherine Lo as Senior Associate here at Primas Law.

Catherine, who specialises in the full range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations and joint ventures as well as advising on shareholder agreements, corporate governance  and constitutional documentation, joins Primas Law with more than a decade of experience. Her impressive track record of delivering successful outcomes for her clients has helped establish her strong reputation as a trusted advisor in the legal community.

Beyond her legal work, Catherine is also involved in a newly-formed charity committee by the Liverpool Ladies Network, working together to raise funds for and awareness of The Hive Wirral Youth Zone.
