“These appointments reflect the direction of the firm and our continued focus on investing in quality people, strengthening our offering and supporting clients with the depth of expertise they need.”
Primas Law has strengthened its growing Real Estate team and introduced a new Housing Litigation offering with the appointment of three new lawyers.
The appointments of Melanie Saunders, Maheen Shoaib and Rozeena Aslam reflect the firm’s continued growth and ongoing investment in areas where client demand is increasing.
Joining as Partner – housing litigation heavyweight Melanie Saunders brings more than 25 years’ experience in the sector and represents a significant strategic hire for the firm. Her appointment introduces a new Housing Litigation offering at Primas Law, adding specialist expertise in areas including tenancy disputes, anti-social behaviour, rent arrears recovery, housing disrepair claims and leasehold disputes.
Maheen Shoaib joins the firm as a Solicitor in the Real Estate team, further strengthening a practice area that continues to grow. She advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant issues, asset management and sale and purchase work.
Also joining the Real Estate team as a Solicitor is Rozeena Aslam, whose experience includes acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, corporate support and refinance transactions. Her appointment adds further depth to the team as Primas continues to invest in its Real Estate offering.
The three appointments mark another step in the firm’s growth and broaden the strength of its legal offering across key practice areas. With two additions to Real Estate and the launch of a new Housing Litigation capability, Primas continues to invest in the people and services that support its clients as they grow.
Ahead of International Women’s Day this weekend, the appointments also offer a timely reflection of the talented women helping shape the future of the firm.
Adam Kerr, Managing Partner at Primas Law, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Melanie, Maheen and Rozeena to Primas.
