Expert legal support should be accessible to anyone experiencing problems at work, whatever their financial situation.
Working Families has today announced the closure of its free legal advice service. For thousands of working parents experiencing problems at work, it was a critical source of support.
Pregnant and Protected, the free legal helpline run by Primas Law’s employment team, is here to help.
Joeli Brearley founded and led Pregnant Then Screwed for a decade. Shortly after her departure from the organisation, it stopped directly offering free legal advice. She now runs Growth Spurt – a life changing support programme for ambitious parents, and has since joined forces with Danielle Ayres and the Primas Law employment team to invest in growing Pregnant and Protected and reaching more people who need it. Both share a conviction that expert legal support should be accessible to anyone experiencing problems at work, whatever their financial situation.
Danielle Ayres, Employment Partner at Primas Law, founded Pregnant and Protected to give working parents direct access to specialist employment law advice at no cost. The service covers pregnancy, maternity and paternity leave, adoption, fertility treatment, miscarriage, menopause and returning to work after having a child.
The team has the capacity and expertise to support everyone who reaches out. Call for one hour of free support and advice, with a response guaranteed within 48 hours.
