Primas Law advises the shareholders of Athena PTS on sale to OCU Group

 Primas Law’s Manchester Corporate Team has advised the shareholders of Athena PTS (“Athena“), an independent electrical engineering specialist based in Ulverston, Cumbria, on the sale of the business to OCU Group, the Stockport-based energy transition and utilities infrastructure services company, for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 2011, Athena has built a strong reputation in power systems engineering and early-stage technical consultancy, and delivers complex electrical engineering across renewable energy, marine, nuclear, utilities and building services, including critical national infrastructure and high security facilities.

OCU Group is a leading infrastructure engineering business operating across the utilities, energy, power, telecommunications, transport and technology sectors.

Gary Black and Bez Borang advised the shareholders alongside Benchmark International (Alex Forshaw and James Robinson).
