Primas Law advises Andrew Lawton on sale of T.E.S.T. to Teqnion AB

Primas Law’s Manchester Corporate Team has advised Andrew Lawton and the shareholders of Theatre and Endoscopy Service Technicians Limited (“T.E.S.T.”), a Stoke-on-Trent-based decontamination equipment, validation and testing specialist, on the sale of the business to Teqnion AB for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 2006, T.E.S.T. has built a strong reputation for quality and reliability, providing services to healthcare, veterinary and academic clients, with a significant proportion of recurring revenue from maintenance and testing contracts.

Andrew Lawton will continue to lead the business following completion, supporting its continued growth under Teqnion ownership.
