Danielle Ayres nominated for ‘Disruptor for Good’ at 2026 Northern PoWEr Women Awards

Primas Law are delighted to announce that our Employment Partner, Danielle Ayres, is a finalist in the Disruptor for Good category at the 2026 Northern PoWEr Women Awards.

This award was created to honour individuals who are challenging the status quo, breaking down barriers, and creating positive, meaningful change.

The recognition celebrates Danielle’s exceptional work championing accessible justice for parents most recently by setting up Pregnant and Protected, her ongoing support over the past 11 years, and her broader commitment to fairer treatment in the workplace.

Her efforts have already helped countless people navigate workplace challenges, delivering real impact and driving meaningful change.

Danielle was also recognised in recent months by BizWomen Awards 2025, scooping their coveted Women in Law Excellence award.
